You will partner with leaders to design organisation-wide initiatives and build manager capability, ensuring new colleagues feel welcomed, prepared and supported from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding, employee experience, HR or organisational development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative approach.
• Current C Class driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Designing and enhancing onboarding experiences that help new employees feel welcomed, prepared and connected.
• Partnering with leaders and teams to build consistent approaches that support employee success across a diverse range of roles and locations.
• Developing practical tools, resources and events that strengthen engagement and build manager capability.
• Using feedback and insights to continuously improve employee experiences and drive meaningful organisational outcomes.
