Job summary

Darling Downs Hospital & Health Service – Toowoomba QLD is seeking an Advisor Onboarding and Engagement who will help create positive experiences from day one, strengthening connection, capability and belonging across our workforce.

From designing organisation-wide onboarding initiatives to partnering with leaders on employee experience, you'll play an important role in helping people thrive and contribute to better outcomes across our communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding, employee experience, HR or organisational development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative approach.
• Current C Class driver's licence.
