Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding, employee experience, HR or organisational development.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative approach.
• Current C Class driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding experiences to welcome and connect new employees.
• Partner with leaders to build consistent employee experience approaches.
• Develop tools, resources and events to strengthen engagement and manager capability.
• Use feedback to continuously improve employee experiences and drive outcomes.
