Job summary

Darling Downs Health in Toowoomba is seeking an Advisor Onboarding and Engagement to design and lead onboarding experiences that welcome new team members, build belonging and set them up for success. You will partner with leaders across our organisation to strengthen employee experience and capability.

You'll combine creativity with practical delivery, shaping initiatives across diverse roles and locations while fostering a compassionate, inclusive workplace culture that supports better outcomes

Qualifications

Experience in onboarding, employee experience or organisational development.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative approach.
Current C Class driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

Design onboarding experiences that welcome new employees and connect them to the organisation.
Partner with leaders to build consistent approaches supporting employee success across roles/locations.
Create tools, resources and events that strengthen engagement and manager capability.
