Summerstar Tourist Parks is seeking a Regional Manager (South) to lead nine properties across our parks, travelling between locations and living onsite. This role requires a hands-on leader who can troubleshoot on the ground while supporting Park Managers and reporting to the Operations Manager.

You will oversee regional operations, travel frequently, and ensure safety, maintenance, and guest experience standards are upheld across sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multiple sites or facilities in hospitality or tourism.
• Hands-on leadership with the ability to drive operational standards on ground.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in dynamic park environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support Park and Motel managers across nine properties.
• Drive operational performance, safety, and maintenance standards.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and ground-level issues to keep parks running smoothly.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development across sites.
• Monitor financial performance and improve results across regions.
• Travel between Parks and manage onsite operations and visits.
