Job summary

Sharp and Carter is a Sydney-based construction firm seeking a Logistics Manager to own the warehouse, delivery scheduling and client communications. The role is on-site at Kings Park, working with a small management team to keep materials, trucks and clients on track.

You’ll come from logistics, transport or warehouse backgrounds with delivery planning, driver coordination and stock movement experience. Strong Excel and proactive client updates are essential as plans evolve.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling deliveries and coordinating drivers.
• Stock control and returns management in warehouse.
• Strong client communication and proactive updates.
• Ability to re-plan quickly when schedules change.
• Team leadership experience is a bonus.
• Confidence in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Schedule deliveries and truck routes with Project Manager.
• Coordinate site pick-ups to optimize routes.
• Keep clients updated on start dates and deliveries.
• Process picking lists, stock checks and orders.
• Manage returns and reconcile materials used.
• Lead a 6-person warehouse/transport team.
• Hands-on in the warehouse when needed.
