Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead a multi-shift distribution site in Brisbane. You will oversee receiving, storage, picking and dispatch, and drive a culture of safety and high performance.

You will partner with sales and supply chain leaders, manage labour and budgets, and own continuous improvement initiatives to lift service levels and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a warehouse or distribution operation across multiple shifts.
• Strong people leadership with ability to set clear standards and manage change.
• Solid WHS knowledge and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across receiving, storage, picking and dispatch.
• Build a high-performing, accountable team culture with safety, productivity and housekeeping standards.
• Coach and develop supervisors and team leaders to elevate leadership capability on the floor.
• Own WHS compliance and drive a strong safety culture.
• Plan labour, manage budgets and monitor KPIs including pick accuracy, service levels and costs.
• Partner with sales, supply chain and other leaders to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support stocktakes, audits and system/process changes.
