Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a warehouse or distribution operation across multiple shifts.
• Strong leadership to build and sustain a high-performing team culture.
• Solid understanding of WHS requirements and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across receiving, storage, picking and dispatch.
• Build a high-performing, accountable team culture with safety, productivity and housekeeping standards.
• Coach and develop supervisors and team leads to lift leadership capability on the floor.
