Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse or distribution operation across multiple shifts.
• Proven ability to build a high-performing team and set clear standards.
• Strong focus on safety and regulatory WHS requirements.
• Customer-facing mindset with stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across receiving, storage, picking and dispatch.
• Build a high-performing, accountable team culture with clear safety and productivity expectations.
• Coach and develop supervisors and team leaders to lift leadership capability on the floor.
• Own WHS compliance and drive a strong safety culture across the site.
• Plan labour, manage budgets and monitor KPIs such as pick accuracy and service levels.
• Collaborate with sales and supply chain leaders to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support audits and system changes.
