Job summary

Exact Contracting Pty Ltd is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to join remote civil construction and mining projects. The role is site-based, reporting to the Maintenance Manager and Project Manager, and involves supervising safe, cost-effective maintenance activities on projects.

Responsibilities include leading from the front, managing resources to meet maintenance schedules, driving efficiencies, and providing on-ground leadership while performing servicing and fault diagnostics on mobile plant

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising/leading maintenance teams on civil/mining projects.
• Strong safety culture and ability to drive incident-free operations.
• Proven ability to plan and prioritise resources to meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Leading from the front and driving culture and safety.
• Effectively managing resources to meet maintenance schedules.
• Driving operational efficiencies and providing on-ground leadership to teams.
• Carrying out servicing, repair and maintenance of mobile plant equipment when required.
• Fault finding and diagnostics to limit downtime.
