Job summary

Workers Lifestyle Group in Blacktown is seeking an IT Support Officer to provide hands-on Level 1 and 2 IT support across our three venues. You will be the first point of contact for staff IT issues, troubleshoot problems and ensure reliable access to the technology needed to perform daily tasks.

Based at our main Blacktown site, the role requires 2–3 years of helpdesk or IT support experience, a Certificate IV or Diploma in Information Technology (or equivalent), and solid knowledge of Windows

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of IT helpdesk or equivalent experience.
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills with ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users.
• Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT support including hardware, software, and user access issues.
• Good working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support across our three venues.
• Act as the first point of contact for staff IT support requests and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Support PCs, laptops, printers, POS, EFTPOS, AV equipment, connectivity and other workplace technology.
• Manage user accounts, access, hardware and software, including staff onboarding and offboarding.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11 and core business applications.
• Liaise with external IT providers and vendors to resolve technical issues and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain IT asset records, documentation and equipment.
• Assist with technology upgrades, projects and improvements while minimising disruption to club operations.
