Job summary

Nutrien is hiring an Inventory Administration Officer for our Laverton North, VIC site. You will support the administration, inventory coordination and day-to-day operations, ensuring materials are available and records are accurate.

You will collaborate with the Production Office and Production Floor to maintain smooth site operations. Ideal candidates have manufacturing inventory experience, strong detail orientation and SAP/Excel skills, with a forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management in manufacturing or production.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping and reporting.
• Experience with inventory management, reconciliations and stocktakes.
• SAP knowledge and intermediate to advanced Word and Excel skills.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work with teams and suppliers.
• An organised approach and ability to manage changing priorities.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and safety requirements.
• A forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily production reports and assist with issuing, processing and maintaining batch documentation.
• Support stock management, reconciliations, cycle counts, stocktakes and end-of-campaign counts.
• Complete inventory checks and help actively manage inventory levels across the facility.
• Ensure raw materials and packaging are available on site in line with the production plan.
• Raise purchase orders for the facility when required.
• Provide an important link between the Production Office and Production Floor.
• Complete general inventory and production administration tasks to support the manufacturing facility.
• Promote a safe working environment and contribute to a positive safety culture across the site.
