Job summary

Clough is delivering the Darwin Ship Lift Facility project in the East Arm precinct at the Port of Darwin, Northern Territory. The HSSE Advisor will ensure a safe and healthy working environment in line with HSSE standards and client specifications, with on-site work and possible FIFO or local arrangements.

The role focuses on implementing HSSE systems, monitoring performance, delivering inductions and leading investigations. 3+ years in a similar role and a valid driver’s licence are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar HSSE role.
• Demonstrated competency in reporting and data analysis.
• Driver’s licence required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain HSSE systems, procedures and compliance requirements.
• Monitor HSSE performance, reporting, incidents and corrective actions.
• Deliver inductions, training, toolbox talks and site safety communications.
• Lead incident investigations, injury management and return-to-work programs.
• Conduct audits, inspections and liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders.
