Job summary

Goodpeople HR in Melbourne’s South Eastern Suburbs is seeking an hands-on HR Advisor/Coordinator with a Science or Engineering qualification. You will support managers across all facets of HR in a busy pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, with 3 shifts and on-site work.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in a Generalist HR role with recruitment experience, strong computer skills, and hold AU/NZ PR or citizenship. This role starts as generalist with path to advisory specialization.

Qualifications

• HR Management Degree with a Science/Engineering Degree or Qualification
• Science Degree with HR Qualification
• Engineering Degree with HR Qualification

Responsibilities

• Support managers across all facets of HR in a busy pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Coordinate HR programs and administrative tasks across 3 shifts on-site
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes as needed
