Job summary

Toyota Material Handling Australia (TMHA) is seeking a proactive Field Service Forklift Technician to cover the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. You will perform maintenance, repairs and modifications at customer sites, following client requirements and TMHA guidelines.

Key duties include mechanical repairs, preventative service and timely breakdown response, while delivering high standards of customer service and accurate job documentation. Training and modern tools provided.

Qualifications

• Current Driver's licence.
• Previous experience within the forklift industry or similar in an associated industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical repairs and maintenance of customer units including preventative service and breakdowns.
• Maintain professional level of customer service with all TMHA clients and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of job sheets, timesheets and other administrative components.
