Toyota Material Handling Australia (TMHA) is seeking a Field Service Forklift Technician to service the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. You will perform maintenance, repairs and modifications at customer sites in line with company guidelines and customer requirements.

Key duties include mechanical repairs, preventative service, and timely breakdown support. You will maintain records and deliver high standards of service, with ongoing training and safe work practices emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Driver's licence.
• Previous experience within the forklift industry or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical repairs and maintenance of customer units, including preventative service and breakdowns in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional level of customer service with TMHA clients and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of job sheets, timesheets and other administrative components.
