Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. is hiring for a Facilities Coordinator at Port Phillip Correctional Centre, handling day-to-day site operations, repairs, and coordination of reactive and planned works.

The role ensures safety, functionality and presentation of the facility while acting as the central contact point for scheduling and supervision. You will also support procurement, maintain documentation, monitor KPIs, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities coordination and site operations.
• Knowledge of safety standards and site procedures.
• Ability to supervise reactive, planned and subcontracted works.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lifecycle of reactive, planned and corrective work orders to meet SLA and documentation standards.
• Prepare, manage and distribute operational reports on contracts, performance and compliance.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent maintenance delays and ensure essential materials.
• Support procurement: sourcing, quotes, PO creation, liaising with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance requirements are met, including site procedures and safety standards.
• General building maintenance and trades knowledge required.
• Maintain site documentation and QA information.
• Manage subcontractors and their work.
