Job summary

Honeywell Ravenhall Correctional Centre is seeking a Facility Leader to run the site operations in Ravenhall, VIC. You will ensure excellent customer satisfaction, contract compliance and budget adherence while coordinating with customers and sub-contractors to meet contract goals.

The role demands leadership across refurbishment programs, delivery of lifecycle projects, and a focus on performance against KPIs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in a management role within a service/facility management business.
• Exceptional staff management and process improvement skills.
• Ability to work in a challenging environment with a mix of infrastructure, equipment and systems and a wide variety of client groups.
• Contract management and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of refurbishment and lifecycle programs in accordance with Asset Management strategies.
• Measure and report service delivery performance against agreed KPIs and site service objectives.
• Manage spot and renewal work as required to a high standard in accordance with the booked margin and customer requirements.

The Facility Leader is responsible for the overall operation of the site, in a way that achieves excellent customer satisfaction, is contractually compliant and that avoids penalties and abatements. In addition, the role liaises directly with customers and sub-contractors and adheres to financial budgets and operational goals of the contract that supports the overall success of the Portfolio.
