Greenhouse is seeking an Events Coordinator to own end-to-end event delivery, from initial enquiry to on-site execution and post-event follow-up. You will manage client relationships, coordinate venues, suppliers and logistics, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
You’ll work hands-on, often outside standard hours, and liaise with clients and partners to craft engaging experiences that align with our climate‑innovations ecosystem.
Great events don't happen by accident. They happen because someone owned every detail, from the first client enquiry to the last chair stacked at pack down.
Greenhouse is looking for an Events Coordinator to be that person.
Greenhouse is building one of Australia's leading destinations for climate innovation, collaboration and impact. We bring together founders, investors, corporates, industry leaders and global delegations through curated experiences, strategic partnerships and a growing ecosystem focused on meaningful change.
Reporting to our Events & Business Development Lead, you'll own the coordination and delivery of a varied calendar of events. These include workshops, forums, partner activations, flagship events and client-hosted events in our spaces.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role. You'll manage each client from their first enquiry through planning and on-the-day delivery, then follow up after the event. On event days, you're the person on site that the client, speakers and suppliers turn to.
Events don't run to a 9 to 5 schedule, and this role won't either. Depending on client needs, you'll sometimes start early, finish late or work outside standard hours to make sure an event succeeds.
The role is also physical. Setting up rooms, moving furniture and packing down are all part of the job.
Event casuals will support you on delivery. But responsibility for making each event happen sits with you, so this role suits someone who takes real ownership and finds satisfaction in seeing an event through from start to finish.
You're organised, practical and calm under pressure. You enjoy looking after people, and you're happy to roll up your sleeves when that's what gets the job done.
If you love the buzz of event day, take pride in getting the details right and want a role where you can make it your own, we'd love to hear from you.
