Cummins in Adelaide invites a skilled Workshop Manager to lead service technicians and apprentices, coaching and developing their skills while ensuring safety and quality. You will manage a team, liaise with stakeholders, and drive KPI results in a 100% on-site environment.

Applicants should be a qualified Heavy Diesel Automotive Mechanic with supervisory experience, strong communication, and excellent organisation skills to thrive under pressure. Relocation support is available across Australia.

Qualifications

• Qualified Heavy Diesel Automotive Mechanic (Cert III) or equivalent (mobile plant) is required.
• Experience as a qualified technician, working with engine products.
• Experience in a supervisory/management role is preferred.
• Strong communication and organisation skills in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise service technicians
• Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, and Complete required documentation
• Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians and apprentices
• Ensure your team achieves its KPI’s to deliver results
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end
