The successful candidate will provide hands-on coaching to apprentices, helping them develop their technical skills and confidence. Responsibilities include troubleshooting engine products, guiding apprentices through their training, and working alongside other technicians and managers to ensure effective learning and development. Candidates should have a vocational diploma and experience with hands-on coaching in a workshop environment.
Qualifications
Advanced level knowledge and/or experience with engine products.
Experience providing technical advice and coaching to junior technicians.
Hands-On Workshop Coaching and associated training tasks.
Responsibilities
Coach apprentices on hands-on skills with tools and equipment.
Assist apprentices in developing troubleshooting skills and confidence.
Provide individualized support using a standardized capability tracker.
Collaborate with Service Managers to ensure apprentices develop necessary skills.
Conduct technical demonstrations and practical learning sessions.
Track apprentice progress and celebrate achievements.
