Cummins in Carole Park, QLD is seeking a Diesel Workshop Supervisor to lead repairs and rebuilds on engine products in a service workshop. You will coach and develop technicians while ensuring high quality workmanship and safety compliance.

You will diagnose complex issues, manage parts and tools, maintain customer relations, and identify service opportunities. This role is 100% on-site with 38-hour weeks, day/afternoon rotations, and overtime with penalty rates.

Qualifikationen

• Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Cert III) or higher.
• Advanced workshop/field service experience in engine products.
• Advanced knowledge of Cummins engine systems.

Aufgaben

• Independently perform diagnostics and complete complex engine repairs.
• Coach and develop junior technicians; may provide work direction and review repair plans.
