Job summary

With 3+ years in data center operations, you will handle rack/stack, documentation, and incident response while collaborating with engineering and operations teams. Certifications and vendor certs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs in demanding environments.
• Experience with rack and stack operations and DC network installs.
• Preferred data center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, CDCE).
• Vendor certifications (Dell, HPE, Cisco) and networking certs (CCNA, JNCIA).
• DCIM platforms experience and ITIL familiarity are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
