Job summary

Simonds Homes Melbourne Pty. Ltd. seeks a full-time On-Site Customer Relationship Coordinator to manage clients from site start to completion of their new home. You will coordinate client files on-site, maintain professional client communication, and ensure contract conditions are met.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will handle multiple client files, schedule site inspections, and coordinate with site personnel to resolve issues and keep records up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience in the residential building industry is required.
• Customer focused role with conflict and problem management skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organised with excellent planning and time management.
• Flexible and collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• On-site coordination of client files.
• Manage client experience from site start to completion.
• Ensure all conditions in the Building Contract are met.
• Record and maintain client discussions and information.
• Conduct follow-up calls when required.
• Booking Site inspections when required.
• Effectively communicating between clients and site personnel to ensure feedback and resolution.
• Maintain customer files with relevant contract, variations and other required documentation.
