Contour Education is seeking a full-time Campus Leader (Customer Service Manager) for the Bentleigh campus. You will own campus operations and deliver an elite student, parent, and tutor experience, leading the campus experience team and safeguarding Contour standards.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage day-to-day workflows, and ensure classes run smoothly with accountability for safety, organization and high service levels. Contour offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have prior customer service leadership experience in education or related industries.
• On-site attendance required; full-time campus presence.
• Ability to lead and develop a campus experience team.
• Strong communication with students, families and staff.
• Demonstrated focus on operational discipline and continuous improvement.
