Accommodations Plus International is seeking an On-site Airline Support Specialist to support our airline client at the client’s office. You will process reservations, maintain strong client relationships, and coordinate with hotels and transport providers to resolve issues promptly.

You will train on API procedures and the ACES system, delivering consistent, high-quality service while staying on-call for operational demands beyond regular hours.

Formación

• One to two years’ experience in the hotel/travel industry; airline crew scheduling is a plus.
• Experience with GDS and hotel/airline reservation systems preferred.
• Strong relationship management and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as on-site liaison with airline partner and API operations.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and daily schedule communications.
• Build relationships, resolve issues promptly, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with hotels and ground transportation, including IROP responses.
• Maintain knowledge of reservation systems and internal API procedures.
