As an independent contractor, you choose the locations you service, when you make yourself available, and which bookings to accept. There are no minimum hours, no minimum booking commitments, and no guaranteed volume of work. You may operate your own tech services business and supplement existing workloads.

Qualifications

• Genuine hands-on experience with computers, devices or IT support.
• Strong practical troubleshooting skills.
• Clear, patient and professional communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site IT support and computer repair services.
• Assist with home networking, Wi-Fi, printers and basic IT setup.
• Explain technical issues clearly and manage bookings via HelloTech platform.
