MAMO is seeking a creative Marketing Coordinator to own day-to-day marketing across social media, video content, website, and email campaigns. You will appear on camera to showcase products and projects, turning industry knowledge into engaging short-form videos.

Two years of experience in marketing or content roles is required, with a portfolio of video work. Join a Sydney-based architecture-friendly brand delivering distinctive stone surfaces and design-driven content.

Formación

• At least two years of professional experience in a marketing, brand, content or social media coordination role.
• Experience coordinating marketing activities for a company or clients.
• Demonstrated experience managing business social media accounts and delivering content consistently.
• Confidence speaking and presenting naturally on camera.
• A portfolio containing short-form videos you have created, ideally including content in which you appear.
• Strong instincts for hooks, storytelling and what makes people continue watching, sharing or engaging with content.
• Experience filming and editing Reels, TikToks or similar short-form videos.
• Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt your tone across social media, website and email.
• Experience using Canva and video-editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
• Strong organisational skills and experience coordinating multiple campaigns, stakeholders and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate, develop and manage marketing activity across social media, website, email and offline channels.
• Regularly appear in short-form videos presenting MAMO's products, projects, showroom and brand stories.
• Research content ideas and develop engaging hooks, scripts and video concepts.
• Film and edit Reels, TikToks and other short-form content from concept through to publication.
• Turn technical or design-focused project information into content that is interesting and engaging.
• Visit completed projects and industry locations to capture content when required.
• Interview designers, builders, clients and members of the MAMO team for social content.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to film content at different project sites and obtain third-party content created at completed projects.
• Maintain and update the MAMO website, including project galleries, product information, imagery, landing pages and written content.
• Plan and deliver email campaigns, including newsletters, product launches, project features and event invitations.
