Job summary

MAMO, Sydney, seeks a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow presence across Sydney's architecture, design and construction industries. This is a relationship-led role connecting architects, interior designers, developers, builders and project professionals with MAMO's premium natural stone range.

You will identify opportunities, develop long-term client relationships and help position MAMO as a trusted partner from initial design selection through to project delivery,

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or account management in architecture, design, development or construction industries.
• Established relationships within architecture, design, development or construction sectors.
• Knowledge of natural stone or architectural surfaces is a plus.
• Ability to navigate the specification and project sales process.
• Confident presenter able to communicate with design and construction professionals.

Responsibilities

• Developing relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, builders and other industry professionals
• Using existing industry connections while actively building new relationships and accounts
• Identifying upcoming residential, commercial and hospitality projects
• Creating opportunities for MAMO products to be selected and specified
• Presenting stone range through studio presentations, showroom appointments and project meetings
• Advising clients on stone selection, finishes, applications and project suitability
• Managing opportunities from initial contact through to specification and sale
• Maintaining an active pipeline and following up consistently with clients
• Coordinating samples, product information, pricing and project requirements
• Representing MAMO at industry events, design shows and networking functions
