Avanath is seeking a Maintenance Technician to create an environment where residents want to live. You will maintain a multifamily property to ensure reliable systems and appealing curb appeal while delivering exceptional service to residents.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC) and a customer-first attitude. On-call availability and teamwork are valued as Avanath supports ongoing professional growth and a safe, well-maintained community.

Responsabilités

• Provides exceptional customer service with every interaction and delivers high-quality maintenance service.
• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance per safety standards and codes.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections, punch lists, vendor coordination, and final checks.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities through cleaning, pressure-washing, and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing instead of replacing parts when feasible and track inventory for re-orders.
• Follow safety procedures, attend safety meetings, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
