Gates Hudson is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day maintenance across two residential communities. You will perform preventative and corrective work to ensure a safe, well‑maintained living environment for residents.

The role requires dependable, safety-conscious technicians skilled in a wide range of trades, with the flexibility to support multiple properties and on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of maintenance experience, preferably in residential property management.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance on apartments, buildings, and common areas.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry tasks.
• Complete service requests promptly and prepare units for new residents.
