Sutherland Shire Council is seeking a Customer Service Officer to provide outstanding service from the initial inquiry through to resolution. You will be the friendly face of our Contact Centre, ensuring a positive experience for residents and visitors across phone, in person and digital channels.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in high-volume customer service roles, including call centres and face-to-face interactions.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve complaints effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
