Hill-Smith Family Estates in Adelaide CBD is seeking a Product Coordinator for Cellar 1849 & Websites to lead content across our websites, email marketing, social media and e-commerce. You’ll work closely with the Product Manager Cellar 1849 to ensure content is accurate, on-brand and customer-focused.

As the key coordinator for C1849 channels, you’ll manage calendars, publish content, deploy email campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud and monitor performance to improve engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and publish content across email, website and social media, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
• Build, test, schedule and deploy email campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with segmentation and personalisation.
• Manage content, campaign and email calendars for timely delivery of digital marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate website, email and social media execution with product launches and promotions.
• Schedule and publish content on Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube, repurposing content for multiple audiences.
• Monitor campaign and content performance and provide insights to improve engagement.
• Manage digital product content and e-merchandising (imagery, descriptions, SKUs).
• Maintain website accuracy and support SEO best practices.
