Wine Selectors is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist Acquisition, Partnerships and Customer Marketing. You’ll learn fast, get involved and build broad experience in lead generation, partnerships, events and customer journeys.
You’ll work with our Marketing Manager and be exposed to CRM, campaigns and content while contributing to day-to-day marketing tasks. Energy, curiosity and a can-do attitude matter more than perfect experience.
Marketing Coordinator – Acquisition, Partnerships & Customer Marketing
Want to do more than just schedule social posts?
Wine Selectors is a family-owned Australian wine business with more than 50 years behind us, a passionate member base and a genuine commitment to championing Australian wine producers.
We’re looking for someone early in their marketing career who wants to learn fast, get involved and build broad marketing experience.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager – Customer Marketing & Member Experience, supporting activity across lead generation, partnerships, competitions, events, acquisition and customer marketing.
One day you might be coordinating a partner campaign or competition, the next helping with an event, supporting a customer communication, working with Digital on a lead journey or getting campaign information ready for our Contact Centre.
There will also be spreadsheets, trackers, deadlines, chasing things up and plenty of boring detail. That’s marketing too.
We’re looking for someone who:
gets stuff done
is organised and good with detail
follows things through without needing to be chased
communicates confidently with different people
is comfortable juggling a few things at once
asks questions and wants to understand how things work
is interested in what worked and why, not just ticking off the task
wants to learn, improve and take on more responsibility over time
You might have around a year of marketing experience, or be a strong graduate who has already gained some practical experience through work, internships or a junior marketing role.
Experience in content, social, events, campaigns, partnerships, email marketing or digital would all be useful — but you definitely don’t have to have done everything.
What matters most is energy, common sense, curiosity and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
Why Wine Selectors?
You’ll get exposure to far more than one area of marketing.
You’ll learn about acquisition, partnerships, events, customer journeys, CRM, lead generation, digital marketing and member experience — and see how a commercial marketing team actually works.
And you’ll do it in a business built around Australian wine, which isn’t a bad category to spend your working day thinking about.
We’re genuinely interested in how you think, not just what’s on your CV.
