Job summary

Pacific Hoists Pty is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support a broad range of marketing activities across our group of companies. You will manage website content, product pages and campaign assets while creating engaging materials for digital channels.

The role covers product content development, social media, email campaigns and event support. A marketing or communications degree with 2+ years’ experience in B2B marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications.
• 2+ years in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B environment.
• Experience using WordPress or a similar website platform.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Canva.
• Strong copywriting across websites, blogs, articles and product content.
• Experience using AI tools to support marketing and content creation.
• Great communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of SEO, GEO, website optimisation and metadata would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain website content, product pages and campaign landing pages.
• Manage website resources, images, banners, brochures, manuals and catalogues.
• Develop and update product content, data sheets, technical documentation and catalogues.
• Coordinate product images, specifications and supplier marketing assets.
• Support new product launches through content and marketing materials.
• Create and schedule social media content, blogs, articles, case studies and email campaigns.
• Develop graphics and basic video content for digital channels.
• Produce brochures, flyers, presentations, capability statements and promotional materials.
• Assist with tenders, proposals, customer resources and branded templates.
• Support the preparation and delivery of industry events and trade shows.
