Promote participation in Encircle programs and local community initiatives.

Build and maintain positive relationships with community organisations and service providers.

Collaborate with Encircle programs and local stakeholders to improve participant outcomes.

Maintain accurate records, reporting, and program documentation.

Contribute to program evaluation, continuous improvement, and community development initiatives.

About You

An understanding of the impacts of social isolation, loneliness, and social disadvantage on older people.

Knowledge of community services, support systems, and referral pathways.

Experience supporting people to access services and participate in community activities.

Competency using Microsoft Office and client management systems.

A commitment to culturally safe, inclusive, and person-centred practice.
