Qualifications

• Degree in OH&S or related discipline.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and hazard investigations.
• Strong knowledge of Australian WH&S/OH&S legislation and risk management principles.
• Experience developing safety procedures, training programs, or guidance materials.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation and evaluation of hazard-specific training modules and OH&S frameworks.
• Design tailored guidance materials and pilot safety interventions with stakeholders.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret workplace health and safety data for insights and reporting.
• Coordinate workshops, consultations and continuous improvement activities across sites.
