Job summary

Wood is seeking an Offshore Site Supervisor to support a major brownfield Oil & Gas EPCM contract. The role offers even-time FIFO from Perth, WA, with 12-hour day or night shifts aboard offshore facilities, overseeing maintenance and project execution in a dynamic environment.

Reporting to the Offshore Superintendent, you will lead offshore crews, ensure safe execution, coordinate logistics, and maintain strong client and Wood standards while mentoring a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Safety focus and HSE leadership required.
• Relevant trade certification or engineering degree.
• Experience leading offshore teams in Oil & Gas, LNG, FPSO or FLNG environments.
• Strong understanding of maintenance, construction and offshore execution activities.
• Demonstrated leadership coordinating contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise offshore personnel and contractors to deliver maintenance and project work safely and efficiently.
• Promote safety culture with Permit to Work, Isolation Management, SIMOPS and client HSE requirements.
• Coordinate daily offshore activities, resources, materials and logistics to meet priorities and schedules.
• Ensure work aligns with approved procedures, engineering standards and quality requirements.
• Monitor progress, report daily, and address scheduling or resource constraints.
• Liaise with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and client stakeholders for successful execution.
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative offshore workforce.
