Job summary

Monadelphous Group is seeking an experienced E&I Supervisor to support offshore maintenance and project works in our Energy division in Western Australia. This casual offshore role operates on a 3:3 roster with works scheduled through year end and potential for ongoing opportunities into 2026.

You will mobilise and supervise offshore crews, ensuring safe, efficient delivery and coordination of multiple work fronts while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising offshore brownfield maintenance or project work.
• Strong leadership across multidisciplinary crews.
• Ability to manage multiple fronts with a safety focus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with workforce planning, permit systems and reporting.
• Understanding timesheet verification and labour allocation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore maintenance and project scopes safely and efficiently.
• Supervise offshore crews to meet scope requirements.
• Conduct daily pre-start meetings, toolbox talks and permit coordination.
• Monitor progress, escalate issues, and report to project teams.
• Ensure timesheets and labour hours are correctly allocated.
• Obtain client approval and sign-off on timesheets and work.
• Liaise with client representatives and internal teams to deliver projects.
• Maintain focus on safety, quality and workforce performance.
