Job summary

Pacific Energy is seeking two experienced Field Service Mechanical Supervisors to lead field maintenance teams on an 8/6 FIFO dayshift roster from Perth to Kalgoorlie, with a company-provided vehicle. You will drive safety, efficiency, and high standards across multiple sites, ensuring timely, quality mechanical work.

This role requires hands‑on leadership, regular site travel, and a commitment to WHS and risk management.

Qualifications

  • Trade qualification MEM30219 or equivalent in mechanical engineering.
  • Current manual driver's license.
  • Experience leading field-based maintenance teams.
  • Willingness to travel to operational sites.
  • Strong WHS, permit systems and risk management knowledge.
  • Experience using CMMS/work order systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop field maintenance teams to deliver safe, on-time mechanical work.
  • Drive safety culture through toolbox talks, observations, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate daily activities, resources, tools, and equipment to minimise downtime.
  • Support fault finding, servicing, repairs, and optimisation of equipment.
  • Work closely with Maintenance Planning to optimise reliability and performance.
  • Monitor quality and asset performance to ensure safe operation.
