ICON Engineering Pty Ltd, a leading Australian oil and gas service provider, is seeking an experienced professional to manage offshore projects from inception to delivery. The role focuses on procurement, vendor management, expediting, and offshore mobilisation to meet project KPIs.

You will report to the Project Manager/Package Lead and work closely with clients and vendors to understand their needs and drive cost-effective, practical solutions while safely delivering on schedule and quality

Formación

• Tertiary engineering qualification with 10+ years' oil and gas experience.
• Experience in offshore project delivery and procurement.
• Proven track record with medium-size projects up to $5m.
• Experience in RFQ/PO scoping and tender evaluation.
• Ability to lead, influence and motivate project teams.
• Strong client-facing capabilities.
• Experience with ITPs and inspection coordination.
• Knowledge of offshore mobilisation and logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead procurement and vendor management on offshore projects.
• Coordinate expediting and delivery of fabricated items.
• Plan and execute offshore mobilisation activities.
• Liaise with clients, vendors and third parties.
• Monitor project KPI metrics (schedule, cost, quality).
