Job summary

ICON Engineering Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced offshore construction supervisor to lead multi-discipline brownfields campaigns on live offshore production facilities from its Perth base. The role emphasizes safe, efficient execution and hands-on site leadership.

The successful candidate will oversee constructability reviews, workpack development, and project planning, ensuring tight schedules are met while maintaining high safety standards and clear onshore-offshore communication.

Qualifications

• Offshore brownfields construction supervision experience.
• Experience on live production facilities with multi-discipline scopes.
• Strong HSE focus and site leadership.
• T-BOSIET current; MSIC held.
• Ability to work independently offshore with onshore coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICON’s offshore construction team on brownfields scopes.
• Direct and coordinate all site construction operations with client onshore/offshore teams.
• Manage SIMOPS interfaces and site change orders with clear communication.
• Own Permit to Work process and participate in onshore constructability reviews.
• Provide construction input during planning and execution phases.
