Job summary

DOF in Perth CBD is seeking a qualified Crewing Coordinator to join our offshore team on a permanent basis. You will plan personnel logistics and recruitment for Asia Pacific offshore projects and operations, ensuring availability of crew with the required competencies.

Reporting to the Crewing Team Leader, you will source crew, manage rosters and employment documentation, coordinate visas and medicals, and act as the main contact for marine and project crews across diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Recent marine crewing experience is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of marine crew competency requirements and enterprise agreements.

Responsibilities

• Source crew and build/maintain relationships.
• Plan and review personnel manning levels, rosters and work cycles.
• Prepare and coordinate employment documentation including contracts.
