A leading engineering and construction company in Western Australia is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor for a casual role supporting a global gas client. The position requires expertise in safety management, compliance, and risk management in offshore projects. Ideal candidates will have a tertiary qualification in safety and over three years of experience in high-risk industries. The role offers diverse opportunities within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in offshore oil/gas or high-risk industry.
• Experience in auditing, investigations, and incident management.
• Root cause analysis investigation training (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Develop HSS & ER management plans.
• Conduct compliance reviews and risk workshops.
• Facilitate HSS assurance activities like audits.
