The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the Oil & Gas industry, promote an elite safety culture, and possess qualifications in Health, Safety & Environment. Benefits include a 2/2 roster and salary sacrificing options.

Qualifications

• Experience within the Oil & Gas industry with knowledge of standards and legislation.
• CPR within 1 year and First Aid within 3 years.
• Ability to maintain a police clearance and valid Australian Working Rights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Project HSE initiatives for compliance.
• Manage hazard identification, risk controls, and incident investigations.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through coaching and leadership.
