Interrelate is seeking a highly organised frontline administrator to support reception and client services. You will coordinate appointments, referrals and maintain strong customer service standards in a not-for-profit setting.

We are seeking a highly organised and client-focused professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional frontline administrative support.
With a background in community services, social services, or a similar client-focused environment, you will have experience managing reception and administrative functions, coordinating appointments, facilitating referrals, delivering outstanding customer service, and connecting clients to the services they need.
Your ability to communicate effectively, manage competing priorities, and maintain discretion when handling sensitive information will contribute to your success in this role.

Employment Type: Fixed term Part-time contract until 30 June 2027
Hour of work: 30 hours per fortnight, working Monday & Friday
Hourly Rate: $40.85 per hour, plus superannuation
