Interrelate is seeking a part-time Case Manager to provide coordinated services at Gosford. The role involves intake assessment, referral, and ongoing client support within a not-for-profit framework.
Working 67.5 hours per fortnight across Mon, Tue, Wed and Fri, with possible Monday evenings. Pay is in line with SCHADS Award level 5, at $57.72 per hour, plus superannuation.
Providing coordinated case management to clients through the process of engagement, screening, needs assessment and referring them to appropriate services within Interrelate and externally as required.
