Interrelate is seeking a highly organised frontline administrator to provide reception and administrative support from Caringbah. You will manage appointments, coordinate referrals and deliver outstanding customer service to clients across diverse backgrounds.
This fixed-term, part-time role offers 30 hours per fortnight (Mon & Fri) at an hourly rate of $40.85 plus super, in a supportive team committed to healthy human connection and the organisation's values.
We are seeking a highly organised and client-focused professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional frontline administrative support.
With a background in community services, social services, or a similar client-focused environment, you will have experience managing reception and administrative functions, coordinating appointments, facilitating referrals, delivering outstanding customer service, and connecting clients to the services they need.
Your ability to communicate effectively, manage competing priorities, and maintain discretion when handling sensitive information will contribute to your success in this role.

Hour of work: 30 hours per fortnight, working Monday & Friday
Hourly Rate: $40.85 per hour, plus superannuation
