Job summary

Estia Health in Victoria seeks an Administration & Rostering Coordinator to support rostering, recruitment and day-to-day admin for our aged care homes. You will work closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager and site staff to keep rosters accurate and timely.

Ideally you have a Business Admin qualification, solid data skills, and prior experience in aged care or rostering. This role is full-time and based on-site, with a range of employee benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with rostering in a fast-paced workplace.
• A background in aged care and customer service.
• Strong data and computer skills for record-keeping.
• Qualification in Business Administration or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate rosters in coordination with the Residential Aged Care Manager.
• Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Provide prompt, friendly service to internal and external customers.
• Manage enquiries and help convert them to sales.
• Support billing, payroll and stocktake activities.
• Guide and mentor Administration Officers as needed.
• Maintain all record management systems and daily tasks.

About the Role

• Working closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager and home staff to maintain accurate rosters
• Assisting with staff recruitment and onboarding
• Providing prompt and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers
• Proactively managing the enquiries pipeline to successfully convert enquiries to sales
• Lending a hand with billing, payroll and stocktake
• Providing guidance and mentoring to Administration Officer
• Maintaining all record management systems
• Supporting our residential aged care manager in their daily tasks

Candidate Profile

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• A qualification in Business Administration or similar (ideally)
• A proven ability to work to deadlines and work in fast-paced environment
• Solid computer and data skills
• Previous experience in Aged Care (ideally)
• Previous experience in rostering (ideally)

Be Available Monday to Friday for Full Time (76 hours per fortnight)

$43.01 per hour
