Job summary

Meril in Sydney, Australia is seeking an Order Support Specialist to process and coordinate customer orders from entry through delivery. You will act as a primary contact for customers, sales teams and internal departments; maintain data in ERP/CRM; coordinate shipments; handle returns and credits; and support continuous improvement of service processes.

This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to ensure smooth information flow across teams in a fast-paced environment

• Processing and coordinating customer orders from order entry through delivery
• Acting as a point of contact for customers, sales teams, and internal departments regarding orders and delivery timelines
• Maintaining and updating customer and order data in ERP and CRM systems
• Coordinating shipments in cooperation with logistics partners and warehouses
• Handling complaints, returns, and credit notes
• Supporting the sales team with administrative and organizational tasks
• Ensuring smooth information flow between customers, sales, logistics, and finance teams
• Supporting continuous improvement of internal service processes
• Candidates based in Australia preferred.
